I have never had a complaint about the quality of your food. The burgers are great! My feedback is on the website to order our food was down So I ordered our food on the phone lines. I called the phone number ending in 2029, thinking it is the 151 location. I went to the 151 location and they told me my order was at the Bitters location. Fortunately the cashier was kind enough to take my order at the register and I didn't have to wait too long. Please fix the website and phone lines.

Ok. So a burger is a burger, right? WRONG. I consider myself a professional big back. One who frequently takes part in big back activities. So, I know a good burger. Big'z did it right with this one. The bun was soft yet firm, the patty was seasoned perfectly and wasn't dry, pickles were crisp, and the bacon was cooked just right. I also love their fries. Overall, another great experience at Big'z.

I love Big'z burgers! They're my favorite burger place in San Antonio - I live near the 151 location and have ate there nearly every Sunday for years. The patties are huge (half pound!), and the fries, buns, and bacon are great. The staff are awesome and very friendly! I've met Thomas, Damien, Faith, Angelina, Maverick, and Liz. I've also been to the UTSA and 1604 locations, and the food is just as good there. Another thing to note is that Big'z has plenty of space and long tables, and they're good at making a lot of food quickly, so they're especially good for bringing large groups, so my coworkers and I often come here when we have a big group for lunch. Thanks Big'z!

Cobb Salad review by Cassie Festa
By far the best Cobb salad I've had in my life. We came for the burgers (delicious, best in San Antonio) but stay for the Cobb salad. The dressing is homemade and delicious, bacon is crispy, blue cheese is delicious, salad is crisp.
